The data-labeling startup Scale AI, which trains AI tools developed by clients in big tech and government, is on the verge of making its co-founder Lucy Guo Youngest Richest Women the world’s youngest self-made female billionaire.

According to Forbes, which tracks billionaires, Guo, 30, will unseat Taylor Swift, 35, as the youngest self-made woman to reach the milestone.

Guo was reportedly fired from Scale AI in 2018 after disagreeing with fellow co-founder and current CEO Alexandr Wang. Scale AI is a middleman that helps train AI models through data-labeling, in which freelancers label images, text, and other criteria that refine commercial AI tools such as chatbots.
